I Believe in YOU
The first thing I would like you to know about me is that I believe 100% that you can stop smoking and that it doesn’t have to be a horrible craving filled process.
I know that once you have your mind in the right place that it can be easy.
Let me explain why I KNOW you can be a non-smoker with such certainty--no matter how long you have smoked for and how much you currently smoke (or vape) per day.
I Was Where You Are Now
Have you ever laid in bed at night with your chest heavy from smoking too many cigarettes and worried…“Am I ever going to be able to stop?”
Well, I did. For years.
I Got Hooked
If you are like me, then you know that when you started smoking you thought you could stop at any time, right?
I started smoking to be cool in school (back when it was cool LOL) and I thought I could give it up-no big deal.
My Smoking Habit Owned Me
But soon I needed to smoke with everything...with my coffee, in the car, for stress, for boredom. I got so nervous when I didn’t have enough cigarettes that I would go out late at night to buy cigarettes just to make sure I had enough for the next morning.
I Failed at Stopping Many Times
I tried to stop many times and either freaked out from the withdrawal or cravings and went back...or started eating everything that wasn’t nailed down and gained weight.
But Hypnosis, Isn't That Mind Control?
A friend of mine suggested hypnosis because she had stopped using it. I thought it sounded whacky. Maybe you have thought this too...it does seem kind of weird, like mind control. But I was desperate enough and had tried everything else, so I was willing to try.
To my surprise I found my hypnosis to be enjoyable and relaxing and it didn’t feel like I was being controlled at all. And I was finally able to to the smoking habit in my past and let it go.
I feel like the hypnosis process gave me a deeper sense of control and a belief in my ability to finally be free.
I left that session a non-smoker and never looked back. I began getting healthy and lost weight. I became more confident of myself and my life.
I was so grateful for my experience of becoming free, that I wanted to help others do the same.

Over 20 years I have helped over 10,000 smokers become non-smokers with my specialized hypnosis based stop smoking method. I honestly cannot get enough of helping people shift from that place of feeling controlled by their cigarettes and mad at themselves, to being a happy non-smoker. And being a non-smoker who's free to go and begin living their lives to their fullest and healthiest potential.
I have worked with every type of person in my practice, from teens to 80-year-olds, once-in-awhile-smokers (yes they hate it too) to 4 packs-a-day smokers, big shots like celebrities, health gurus and CEOs, to normal folks like you and me. Heck, I even did a pro-bono case for a homeless man who really wanted to stop (he offered me some loose change but I said it was on the house.)
Life as a Non-Smoker
I feel so much healthier today in my 50’s as a non-smoker than I did in my 20’s as a smoker.
I am a heck of a lot more fit than I was, having lost 40 pounds, than when I stopped smoking. That’s right, I started eating better and exercising. So now I love to cook healthy meals and am currently teaching my two children how to cook and be healthy.
Unlike the old days when I was sitting and smoking most of the hours of the day, I love to be active. I hike and hit the gym many days of the week. I love to work out with my kids, or friends or my hubby (a former 2-pack a day smoker).
In the summer I love to go to the beach and body surf with my family. I love taking super deep breaths of air and diving under the waves. I would have never been able to do that in the old days.
Last summer I even learned to surf-that’s right, in my 50s! I would have never even dreamed of doing that when I was coughing and tired all of the time as a smoker.
It's Time for You to Write Your Own Success Story
Becoming a non-smoker opened a door to a whole other way of seeing myself, believing in myself and living a life I was proud of living.
